Qualifications

The Customer Success Manager will champion the customer throughout the engagement lifecycle, enabling them to get the best value from Enverus' software and solutions. This role focuses on customer retention and driving our Net Promoter Score to a world-class level. The individual will ensure that, through technology solutions, our Account Managers focus on the right activities to deliver the value of our solutions.

The CSM acts as a catalyst for Enverus' operational and strategic priorities through effective measurement, analysis, and reporting of customer health and value. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital. The role involves drafting problem statements and providing insights into addressing issues. Proactive organization, follow-up, and escalation to senior management when service levels are not met are expected. Knowing how and whom to engage to resolve specific and programmatic issues is essential. Building relationships across all company tiers and the customer’s team is required.

This role is based in Houston, Denver, or Calgary - hybrid work model.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Build strong, trusted, and influential relationships with strategic customers, sales, and the organization.
  2. Extensive project management and change management experience with sales processes.
  3. Gain a thorough understanding of the value drivers for assigned customer decisions regarding Enverus products and services.
  4. Proactively provide tailored advice and industry insights to the customer and sales teams, driving value propositions.
  5. Provide feedback to streamline service and product delivery.
  6. Maintain ongoing, two-way dialogue with customers to improve engagement and product use.
  7. Develop strong relationships within leadership to ensure clear communication of customer needs and the value of services and products.
  8. Manage and execute Customer Success programs to achieve metric improvements.
  9. Establish partnerships with representatives to evaluate and present product/service expansion opportunities.
  10. Consistently deliver/exceed goals with attention to detail.
  11. Manage multiple customer requests effectively, including scope, timelines, and re-prioritization.
  12. Correlate improvements with customer health and NPS satisfaction results.
  13. Build relationships with management and executive clients, managing expectations effectively.
  14. Demonstrate humility, prioritizing customer issues and perspectives.
  15. Help others improve performance through hands-on assistance, teaching, and leadership.
  16. Utilize negotiation skills to influence product growth and market expansion.
  17. Forecast account portfolios regularly to sales leadership.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing sales/technical role.
  • Experience managing SaaS solutions and services, preferably in Investment Banking, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, or Financial Analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; a Master’s in a business-related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in support and onboarding initiatives, with a proven ability to build a top-tier team.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure.
