About the Role
  • Customer Success Manager will own the post‑sale client relationship, from onboarding through retention and expansion, acting as the trusted advisor for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and strong adoption of RPS solutions.
  • Lead client onboarding, training, and product implementation.
  • Monitor account health, proactively addressing risks and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Partner with sales to drive renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback and work cross‑functionally with product and operations to enhance offerings.
Skills / Knowledge
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Education / Work Experience
  • University or College degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client‑facing role (B2B SaaS or real estate/financial services experience a plus).
