About the role

As a Customer Success Expert, you will be the primary support for our users, helping with bookings and resolving issues on the road. You should be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and improving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include :

  • Providing support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Resolving customer issues and managing their data accurately.
  • Building relationships and communicating effectively with customers.
  • Collaborating with other teams to improve the platform based on customer feedback.

Qualifications :

  • Resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassion and resourcefulness.
  • Fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
  • Interest in outdoor activities and startup environments.
  • Location

    Work from our Ottawa office in Centretown, 3-5 days per week, depending on the season.
