Job summary

What You'll Do
  • Onboard & Delight (≈ 60 %) – run 1:1 or small-group user sessions, demo key features, and set new users up for wins.
  • Grow Accounts (≈ 25 %) – spot upsell moments, explain premium programs, and beat monthly targets.
  • Champion the Community (≈ 10 %) – help organize in-person events, gather product ideas, and turn feedback into features
  • Represent the Brand (≈ 5 %) – staff booths at local events, answer questions, and convert fans into power users
You'll Thrive Here If You..
  • Are a people person—comfortable presenting, persistent with follow-ups, and energized by live conversations.
  • Have 6–24 months in customer success, sales, hospitality, or any role with revenue targets (co-ops/internships count).
  • Self-manage: plan your week, ask for feedback, iterate fast.
  • Love sports (or at least the vibe). Betting savvy is a plus, not a must.
  • Can be onsite daily at 370 King St W—streetcar stop outside, 10-min walk from Union Station.
  • Bring the basics: Solid PowerPoint / Excel, and written communication skills
Nice To Have's (not deal-breakers)
  • Experience hitting stretch KPIs
  • Event-planning or campus-rep background
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AirTable, ChatGPT, and other automation platforms
