DuProprio is currently seeking a Conseiller·ère, nouvelles adhésions.

If you're passionate and want to join our residential sales team as a Conseiller·ère, nouvelles adhésions, here's what your days will look like:

  • Responding to incoming sales calls and making outbound calls to provide information to clients;
  • Promoting and explaining our various products to potential clients;
  • Actively listening and asking relevant questions to understand client needs and expectations;
  • Making outbound calls to present our efficient, innovative real estate tools;
  • Updating client records and performing administrative tasks;
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Requirements to be a Conseiller·ère, nouvelles adhésions:

  • Experience in sales and customer service;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques;
  • Comfort with various software and IT systems;
  • Desire to perform and results-oriented;
  • Exceptional customer service skills;
  • Interpersonal skills and client approach;
  • Strong listening skills;
  • Interest in real estate and teamwork;
  • Ability to work both remotely and at our Charny office (details of our hybrid work mode will be shared during the recruitment process).
