We are seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to support our customers, design impactful use cases, and create engaging demos that showcase how Avonni Components can enhance Salesforce applications — all without requiring code.

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of customer support, solution design, and product enablement, ideal for someone who understands the Salesforce ecosystem, enjoys solving problems, and loves helping others succeed.

What You’ll Do

Provide expert support to customers via email, chat, and social platforms, guiding them in configuring and deploying Avonni Components within Salesforce.

Design tailored use cases and practical examples using Salesforce Flow, Lightning App Builder, Screen Flows, and other point-and-click tools — helping customers solve real-world business challenges.

Create product demos (written, video, and live) that demonstrate how Avonni Components streamline Salesforce app building.

Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to continuously improve documentation, onboarding resources, and demo libraries.

Act as a customer advocate by providing feedback to help shape the evolution of the Avonni Components roadmap.

What We’re Looking For

Background

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  • Required: Hands-on experience building with Salesforce Flow, Lightning App Builder, and Screen Flows. You should be confident configuring Salesforce pages, flows, and screens to address business needs.
  • 2+ years in customer support, customer success, Salesforce consulting, or solution engineering — ideally within the Salesforce or no-code ecosystem.

Technical Comfort

  • You are comfortable working inside the Salesforce platform, configuring UI components, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Nice to have: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for troubleshooting or advanced demos (not mandatory).

Communication & Soft Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — capable of creating explicit, engaging content (emails, documentation, demos).
  • Empathetic, proactive, curious, and organized — you enjoy helping others and take pride in finding solutions.
  • Fluency in English required; French is a strong asset.
  • Candidates based in Montreal or nearby time zones are strongly encouraged to apply, though this is a remote-friendly role.
