Job description

ResponsiveAds is an advanced creative ad technology suite designed to produce immersive, rich-media responsive display ads that outperform standard IAB engagement by 20x. With strong growth post-pandemic, we are expanding our bespoke solutions team with passionate individuals eager to become trusted leads with Supply and Demand clients by redefining high-performance HTML5 rich-media ads.

The company offers a combination of a self-serve studio product (SaaS), third-party native fluid ad serving, and full-service rich-media creative development. This role involves working across all areas as a technical lead specialist, integrating dynamic fluid creative in industry DSPs and Publisher 1st Party Ad Serving and Data platforms, solving innovative integration challenges, troubleshooting issues, and building responsive client relationships.

Must-have requirements include a high level of creativity, an innovative mindset, and a deep understanding of Ad Operations development, HTML5 ad development, and ad serving system API processes. The candidate should possess advanced coding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer support for client-facing projects aligned with the ResponsiveAds product roadmap.

This role requires balancing client interactions, rich-media production, training, troubleshooting, development, and future-oriented template innovation within our self-serve studio product. The candidate must be willing to collaborate closely with product, production, and sales teams in a small, virtual start-up environment, managing clients for full-service executions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in technical Ad Operations (Google Ad Manager, DV 360, Data Studio)
  • At least 3 years of software development expertise (CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
  • Experience in HTML5 ad development
  • Experience with advanced feature-rich web applications for consumers and enterprises
  • Recognition through awards or involvement in well-known or profitable products for at least 3 years
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach

  • Ability to build connectors to multiple DSPs for programmatic audience extension with 1st party data integration
