White Spot is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative whose role revolves around delivering exceptional service to members at the Colwood Branch. This position typically involves providing financial advice, assisting members with various banking needs, and resolving banking issues. Job Purpose
On any given shift, you will be the face of Coast Capital in the branch, balancing friendly advice and service with the ability to proactively listen and identify opportunities to deepen member relationships. By providing support and financial advice, we help members build a better future, together. This role is posted as a Customer Service Representative but internally titled a Member Service Representative, always prioritizing members at the center of our work.
This is a part-time position with a minimum of 15 hours per week, up to 30 hours depending on staffing needs.
