• Handles incoming customer service calls.
• Dispatches incoming customer phone calls.
• Accepts customer calls and returns customer inquiries.
• Responds to client requests for coverages.
• Creates and explains individualized policies using the Needs Analysis system.
• Works with management teams to stay up to date on products and services.

• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
