A technology company based in Lacombe, Alberta is seeking a Customer Service Technician. This role involves troubleshooting RV electronic components and providing support to customers and technicians. Applicants should have strong electronics aptitude and excellent customer service skills. The annual compensation ranges from $45,000 to $68,000, with a benefits package available after probation.
Job Summary: The Customer Service Technician position will include:
·Customer service role, trouble shooting RV electronic components and systems
·Fielding phone calls from dealer or field service technicians, as well as end customers with product issues and general questions
·Maintaining a calm demeanor and supportive attitude in all interactions with potentially frustrated or challenging customers and clients
·Position requires strong electronics aptitude and trouble shooting skills
·Understand electronics fundamentals, and system correlations
·Ability to read electronics data sheets and wiring diagrams, and proactively apply this information to solving customer’s problem(s)
·Position may also include other tasks as required by Spyder Controls

Compensation: Annual compensation will range from $45,000 to $68,000 depending on applicant experience, credentials, and performance. A benefits package (including pooled insurance benefits, health spending account, RRSP or TFSA with matching, paid sick leave, etc.) will be provided after the probationary period is completed.
Applicant Qualifications:
·Legally entitled to live and work in Canada
. Highly analytical mind, with innovative and creative problem-solving skills
·Basic computer skills
·A strong sense of customer service and very good customer communication skills
·Remains composed under pressure, calm and patient demeanor when dealing with difficult clients
·Maintaining regular schedule with occasional extended hours
·Carrying a professional and positive image and attitude regarding Spyder Controls and its products
Desirable (But Not Required) Attributes Include:
·Electronics, trouble shooting, or customer service background
