Job Description

Title: Customer Service / Technical Support Representative (On-Site)

Location: Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

Candidates must be located within 35km of the Hamilton site.

Role Overview

The Customer Service / Technical Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or web. This position provides customer service support and resolves routine problems regarding client products and/or services. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the point of contact for technical inquiries about hardware, software, or client products.
  • Greet customers courteously and professionally.
  • Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
  • Clarify customer needs and use resources to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate account records.
  • Possess broad knowledge of products, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables. Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS is preferred.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience or equivalent, with a High School diploma or GED.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt, and learn quickly.
  • Patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work during 8:00 am - 11:30 pm EST, with schedule changes every 3 months based on performance.
