Qualifications

  • One year's experience in a similar or customer service-related position.
  • Relevant knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
  • Ability to manage a team of employees.
  • Good communicator.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Fluency in spoken English (asset).

  • Perform sales consultant duties.
  • Monitor and control personnel and activities of the section.
  • Manage section inventory and cash register.

  • Handle customer requests and special situations.

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all products.
  • Coordinate the organization of work in one or more sections of the store.
  • Open and/or close the store.
  • Supervise the team and carry out customer service tasks.

Première Moisson manufactures and sells bakery, patisserie, and charcuterie products using an artisanal approach and wholesome ingredients. We employ over 1,200 people and have more than 20 bakeries in Quebec and Ontario.

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our team.

Job status : Permanent - Full time

Responsibilities :

  • Perform sales consultant duties.
  • Monitor and control the personnel and activities of the section.
  • Manage section inventory and cash register.
  • Maximize team and sales performance.
  • Handle customer requests / special situations.
  • Ensure Première Moisson standards are applied.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of all products.
  • Coordinate the organization of work in one or more sections of the store.
  • Open and / or close the store.
  • Ensure the application of product marketing, quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards by staff in his / her section.
  • Supervise the work of his team and carry out customer service tasks, including cash register.
  • Train new employees as needed.
  • Replace assistant manager, as needed.

Requirements :

  • One year's experience in a similar or customer service-related position.
  • Relevant knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
  • Ability to manage a team of employees.
  • Good communicator.
  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
  • Fluency in spoken English (asset).
  • Autonomous, dynamic, and focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
