Customer Service Specialist-Critical Environments

The position of Customer Service Specialist is an exciting new opportunity on our Critical Environments team. We are looking for an individual who is technically inclined, energetic, enthusiastic, productive, and can handle multiple priorities in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating with external customers through email and phone calls daily.
  • Quoting products for Critical Environment applications such as hospital operating rooms, clean rooms, labs, and pharmacies.
  • Reviewing specs to ensure that quotes will meet project requirements.
  • Assisting in order entry, updating, and scheduling.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

  • 3-5 years in a customer service role.
  • Experience with order processing and quoting software.
  • Experience with Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.
  • HVAC experience an asset but not required.
  • Must be energetic, dependable, productive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Working well in a team environment.
  • College Diploma or 3 years' experience in a related field.
