Overview

Arobas Personnel is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a contract position with one of its clients located in Montreal.

100% Remote

What your day will look like

You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling requests quickly, accurately, and professionally. You’ll collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Your main responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships;
  • Use the CRM tool to manage and process customer requests;
  • Maintain and update the inventory system;
  • Create and process complete service orders;
  • Handle invoices and ensure proper billing;
  • Participate in data update and improvement projects.
