Job summary

Compass Group Canada is hiring for a customer service role in Burnaby. You will perform general cleaning, restock supplies, and assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner within a healthcare/food service environment.

Requirements include strong English communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and physical capability to perform duties. Prior food service experience is a plus, and familiarity with a cash register is an asset.

How Will You Make An Impact

You will be responsible for performing a wide range of tasks, such as cleaning, refilling beverage stations and cutlery, ensuring excellence in customer service.

As a Customer Service, You Will

• Perform general cleaning duties; remove trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment.
• Support customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor.
• Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements.
