Conduct virtual consultations with clients to explain coverage options in simple, clear terms
Provide personalized customer service, addressing inquiries and guiding clients toward informed decisions
Educate individuals and families about life, health, and supplemental benefits
Maintain accurate records using user-friendly CRM systems
Collaborate with your team to improve client satisfaction and service delivery
Follow regulatory guidelines and internal policies with professionalism and integrity
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
Independent, organized, and self-driven with a growth mindset
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or support is an asset but not required
Comfortable using digital tools and remote communication platforms
Willing to pursue your HLLQP license (training and support provided)
Legally eligible to work in Canada (citizens and permanent residents welcome)
