A global customer service provider in Windsor is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to enhance the experience of sports fans through various digital platforms. The ideal candidate must possess a high school diploma, experience in customer service, and a passion for sports. As a specialist, you will provide exceptional service and act as a brand ambassador for our customer, helping to deliver on their mission to serve sports fans anytime, anywhere, and connect fans to the sports and games they love most. This includes supporting all aspects related to the customer's digital sports platforms via chat, SMS, email, web-form, social, voice, and self-service to provide superior fan experiences every day.
