Job Description:

Boomerang HFX is growing! We’re hiring customer-focused individuals to join our in-store team. You’ll represent leading Canadian brands and create meaningful interactions that drive real impact.

A key part of this role involves educating customers on retail credit card options—explaining benefits, answering questions, and guiding them through sign-up when it’s the right fit. It’s about building trust, not pressure.

With time, consistency, and results, you’ll also have the opportunity to step into team lead and management roles, helping to guide campaigns and train others.
