Are you a “people person' who loves delivering outstanding customer service?

We are currently seeking an entry level CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to:

1. Handle telephone inquiries and take orders over the phone
2. Data entry
3. Provide inside support to sales representatives
4. Help resolve any customer issues regarding their account
5. Process credits and exchanges
6. Collection of Accounts Receivables
7. Receive 'walk-in' customers, i.e. show samples, measure, take orders
8. Assist in various telemarketing projects

The chosen individual will possess strong interpersonal skills and have a professional and pleasant telephone manner. The successful candidate is a strong team player and capable of working independently. He/she enjoys dealing with people and resolving problems. Experience on an AS400 system with some PC exposure is a definite asset.
