You are the person who sets the tone for the customer’s experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will create ease in a fast-paced, action-oriented role. You will enjoy working both administratively and with the public, acting as the glue that makes things run seamlessly. You will collaborate with a supportive team to solve problems.

Your role at a glance:

Your role is to take pride in owning the customer’s experience and ensuring a positive impact on their day.

You will continue to make a difference by:

  • Completing administration tasks to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.
  • Adding value to the customer and identifying opportunities to boost store performance.
  • Working with insurance partners to help customers get the best value.
  • Delighting customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with small windshield repairs (our tools are easy to use!).
  • Shuttling vehicles to and from the repair shop.

Who you are:

  • You value building relationships with customers and teammates.
  • You have experience helping people in retail, hospitality, or tourism.
  • No formal education is required; we provide on-the-job training!
  • You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and can work at different Belron Canada locations within your area.

Range of pay for a Customer Service Representative is between $22.50 - $26.00 per hour.

Compensation varies based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits are offered upon hire, and a pension plan (with matching options) is available after 3 months.
