Job summary

Belron Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Nanaimo, BC. You will manage administrative tasks, assist customers, and coordinate with insurance partners to ensure the best value for their vehicle needs.

As part of Speedy Glass, Lebeau Vitres d’auto, and Vanfax, you’ll work with a supportive team, enjoy on-the-job training, and contribute to a positive customer experience. This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time role with benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in helping people in retail, hospitality, or service roles.
• No formal education requirement; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to work across multiple Belron Canada locations within the geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Complete administration to keep the Service Centre running smoothly.
• Add value for customers and identify opportunities to improve store performance.
• Coordinate with insurance partners to get the best value for customers.
• Assist with routine windshield repairs and vehicle interior cleaning as needed.
• Shuttle vehicles between the repair shop and the center.
