You are the person who sets the tone for the customer’s experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will create ease in a fast-paced, action-oriented role. You’ll enjoy working both administratively and with the public, acting as the glue that makes things run seamlessly. You will collaborate with a supportive team to solve problems.

Your role at a glance:

Take pride in owning the customer’s experience and ensuring a positive impact on their day.

How you will make a difference:

  • Complete administrative tasks to ensure the Service Centre runs smoothly.
  • Add value to the customer and identify opportunities to enhance store performance.
  • Work with insurance partners to help customers get the best value.
  • Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with small windshield repairs (our tools are easy to use!).
  • Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop.

Who you are:

  • You value building relationships with customers and teammates.
  • You have experience helping people in retail, hospitality, or tourism.
  • No formal education is required; we provide on-the-job training!
  • You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license and can work at different Belron Canada locations within your geographic area.

Pay range for a Customer Service Representative: $22.50 - $26.00 per hour.

Compensation reflects skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits and a pension plan (with matching options) are offered after 3 months.
