Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Satellite Radio) On-Site

Job Description: The Customer Service Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the web. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year customer service experience

• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask efficiently

Benefits & Compensation:

Base salary: $18.90 - $23.63/hour plus performance incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and paid learning days.
