What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support in both Spanish and English using a call flow guide
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Document and retrieve information accurately in databases
- Promote and offer additional products and services
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Open availability for scheduling purposes
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
