What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support in the customer’s preferred language using a call flow guide
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Promote additional products and/or services to customers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to maintain open availability for scheduling
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills

- Experience working in a remote customer service role
