What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  2. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones and computers
  5. Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Fluent in both French and English
  2. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  3. High school diploma or GED
  4. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
  5. Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in multitasking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
  2. Previous experience in a remote customer service role
