Job Description

The Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual : French / English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound / outbound calls and / or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and / or services. (Military veterans are encouraged to apply.)

  • Fluent in French and English
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment at home
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Proficient in computer navigation and basic PC skills
  • A desktop or laptop with internet; a work computer may be provided (discussed with recruiter)
  • High-speed internet (no hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
