What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones and computers
Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must be fluent in both French and English
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
Strong computer navigation skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
A desktop or laptop for PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided
