What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
- Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be fluent in both French and English
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment at home
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-paced environments
