What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer’s preferred language
  2. Help customers resolve basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  5. Offer additional products and/or services

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must speak both French and English fluently
  2. An associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification
  3. 1+ year of customer service experience
  4. High school diploma or GED
  5. A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  2. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  3. Eagerness to learn new technologies
  4. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  5. A desktop or laptop for completing PC and internet testing
