Belron Canada is looking for a motivated part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team of Specialists.

What you will do:

  • Support service centers by creating opportunities and scheduling appointments with customers
  • Use active listening to build trust and rapport with customers
  • Recommend products and services suited to customer needs to convert opportunities into appointments
  • Accurately update customer files and enter necessary information
  • Provide ad hoc support to other departments as operational needs arise
Do you have the skills we are looking for?

  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Quick learner with new software
