What you might call a Customer Service Representative, at Best Buy we call an Omni-Channel Specialist. In this role you will create an amazing customer experience by:

1. Processing our customers’ purchases at the checkout
2. Processing returns, trade-ins and more at the customer service counter
3. Responding to customer concerns with a focus on creating an amazing customer experience
4. Completing pre-opening and post-closing tasks
5. Ensuring store signage is accurate and open box items are appropriately marked
6. Ensuring shelves and displays are well-stocked and organized
