Customer Service Representative – Remote – Join our Team

If you’re passionate about travel and love helping others, we want you on board as a Customer Service Representative to support our TTC Tour Brands and grow your career in the travel industry.

How You’ll Work

We offer a flexible contact center work environment. We have options available in our exciting offices and virtually with leading technology. Our contact center is driven by metrics and KPI’s, used to measure our success and opportunities for improvement. Our leadership teams work closely with our Customer Service Representatives to ensure they are meeting team and individual goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver outstanding service via inbound calls, chats, and emails, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our brands and the destinations we serve.
  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring top-tier satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with teammates and managers to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Stay proactive by keeping up with product updates and training.
  • Build relationships with repeat guests, travel partners, and colleagues.
  • We provide opportunities to grow within the contact center, including onto the sales team, where you will match our vacation product with our guests’ needs.

Other Requirements

  • Availability to work overtime as required.
  • Availability to work any shift during business hours including evenings and weekends.
  • TICO/OPC certification preferred; however, candidates without TICO certification will be supported to obtain it. Successful completion of the TICO exam within 60 days of employment is mandatory.
