Who is a Customer Service Representative (Motivator)?

The Motivator is a key member of our GoodLife Fitness Clubs team. This role is usually the first point of contact for Members or Potential Members upon arrival. The Motivator's responsibilities include creating a welcoming, clean, and safe environment to support Members in achieving their fitness goals. It involves being a front desk expert and providing assistance and support to ensure a positive and engaging experience for Members and Potential Members.

What will you be doing?

  • Greeting Members and Potential Members warmly and professionally.
  • Checking in Members for their workouts and assisting walk-in Potential Members.
  • Handling incoming calls efficiently, including answering within three rings, taking messages, and booking appointments.
  • Assisting Members on the floor with questions about equipment and services.
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of memberships, club services, and amenities, and selling these when appropriate.
  • Using system knowledge to answer questions, resolve issues, update Member information, and sell memberships and products.
  • Addressing comments, suggestions, and concerns courteously.
  • Providing FitFix Starter sessions for new and current Members.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and completing other tasks to ensure an exceptional Member experience.
  • Participating in ongoing training and monthly meetings.

Compensation: $17.95 - $19.45 per hour
