Who is a Customer Service Representative (Motivator)?
The Motivator is a key member of our GoodLife Fitness Clubs team. This role is usually the first point of contact for Members or Potential Members upon arrival. The Motivator's responsibilities include creating a welcoming, clean, and safe environment to support Members in achieving their fitness goals. It involves being a front desk expert and providing assistance and support to ensure a positive and engaging experience for Members and Potential Members.
