CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (MOTIVATOR)

Who is a Customer Service Representative (Motivator)

The Motivator role is essential to the success of our GoodLife Fitness Clubs. A Motivator is usually the first Associate a Member or Potential Member interacts with upon arrival. The role involves creating a welcoming, clean, and safe environment to help Members achieve their fitness goals. It requires being a front desk expert and supporting Members and Potential Members to ensure a positive and engaging experience.

What will you be doing

  1. Greet Members and Potential Members warmly and assist with check-in or directing them accordingly.
  2. Handle incoming calls professionally, answer within three rings, and manage messages or appointment bookings.
  3. Assist Members on the floor with questions about equipment and services.
  4. Have in-depth knowledge of memberships, club services, and amenities to promote and sell these products when appropriate.
  5. Resolve Member questions and concerns efficiently using all systems and tools available.
  6. Handle comments, suggestions, and concerns courteously and professionally.
  7. Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new and current Members.
  8. Maintain cleanliness standards through club runs and cleaning tasks.
  9. Perform any additional tasks to ensure an exceptional Member experience.
  10. Complete required training and attend monthly meetings.

Compensation: $17.95 - $19.45 per hour
