What You’ll be Doing

Do you have a passion for exquisite, personalized service? Do you consider yourself a bit of a fashionista? In this role, you’ll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. You’ll make use of your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to help these exclusive customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and provide white glove treatment.
You’ll report to your team leader. Speaking English is required to communicate with teammates from around the world.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
  • Understand customers’ needs and provide alternative solutions including upselling products or services
What You Bring to the Role
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Fluency in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge
