What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist customers in person, by phone, and online

Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations with accuracy and care

Handle payments and keep records tidy and organized

Help travelers with check-in, luggage, and boarding

Keep the ticket office running smoothly (and looking good)

Share your knowledge and problem-solving skills to make each trip easier

What We’re Looking For

A natural people-person with a helpful, positive attitude

Comfortable with computers (bonus if you’re good with Microsoft Office)

Quick thinker who stays calm when problem-solving

Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to pitch in as part of a team

Flexible with scheduling (weekend availability is a must)

Bonus points: First Aid training, previous customer service experience
