What You’ll Do :

This position is all about connection, organization, and driving results. You’ll be the go-to for our customers, answering questions, handling orders, and making sure they get exactly what they need. At the same time, you’ll play a key role in inside sales—building relationships, following up on quotes, and helping clients discover the right solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Customer Service :

• Be the first point of contact for clients—friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable
• Manage orders, shipping updates, and general inquiries
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and resolving any issues that pop up
• Keep customer information organized and up to date in the CRM
• Help customers find the right products or solutions to fit their needs
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and reorders with confidence and care
• Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs
• Support the sales team with account follow-ups and lead nurturing
• Jump in on trade show follow-up, email outreach, and other sales-driving initiatives
• Build trust and long-term relationships with new and existing clients

What You Bring to the Table :

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role
• Excellent communication skills—clear, friendly, and persuasive when needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort learning new tools
• A team-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
• Bonus if you’ve worked in packaging, manufacturing, or B2B sales—but not required
