Harvard Developments is hiring a Customer Support Representative II in Regina to join its Harvard Service team in providing an exceptional customer service experience. Harvard is a full-service real estate management company recognized for its reputation in leadership, flexibility, quality, and performance. We currently oversee 9.0 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Western Canada, with offices in Winnipeg, Regina, Calgary, and Edmonton.

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers and handles the administration of each request to our team members. This position requires excellent communication, attention to detail and office skills; as well as a strong proficiency with computers including MS Office and email, electronic filing, data entry and contact management applications. As an innovative, ever-changing company, the successful candidate will also be a quick learner in new computer programs and systems.
