Responsibilities
  1. Work with your team to provide excellent customer service, creating positive experiences and enhancing our reputation.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers by keeping them informed via phone and email.
  3. Have honest and empathetic conversations, even when delivering tough messages.
  4. Make quick, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Protect the business by identifying and addressing fraud.
  6. Follow legal, industry, and quality standards.
  7. Take on additional tasks as needed based on your skills and experience.
