Customer Service Representative, FFUN Collision, Saskatoon

Full-Time, Onsite

What You'll Be Doing

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing support and updates on their vehicle repairs.
  • Scheduling & Appointments: Handle booking and confirming appointments for service, ensuring the schedule is full and running smoothly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage customer work orders, maintain accurate records, and help process necessary paperwork.
  • Follow-up Communication: Keep customers informed on the status of their repairs and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Problem-Solving: Help resolve customer issues in a professional, calm, and friendly manner.

What We're Looking For:

  • Basic Vehicle Knowledge: You should be familiar with the basic parts and functions of vehicles—knowing your left from your right is a must!
  • Communication Skills: You must be comfortable speaking to customers and coworkers clearly, both in writing and over the phone.
  • Organizational Skills: We’re looking for someone who can keep track of multiple tasks and details and prioritize effectively.
  • Customer Service Experience: If you've worked in a customer service role before, great! If not, no worries – we’ll train you to succeed.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’ll be working with computer systems, so being comfortable with basic software and navigating databases is important.
  • Team Player: A positive, can-do attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues.
  • Bonus points for experience in a high-volume or automotive/collision repair environment.
