Reporting directly to the Department Head, this position is responsible for fulfilling all customer service responsibilities to support the Biopharmaceutical Product Testing laboratory. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the company’s current and future clients. Reflecting a positive and professional image of the company is a crucial requirement of this position. The incumbent will be experienced in handling a wide range of customer service and support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:This position will be working in an office environment within the testing laboratory facility. Moderate level of activity and some light lifting requirements to fulfill any required administrative duties such as filing and photocopying. Shift work and overtime may be required, as well as working periodic weekends and/or evenings.
