Position: Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to:

1. Handle telephone inquiries and take orders over the phone
2. Perform data entry
3. Provide inside support to sales representatives
4. Help resolve customer account issues
5. Process credits and exchanges
6. Collect Accounts Receivables
7. Assist walk-in customers with samples, measurements, and orders
8. Support various telemarketing projects

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional and pleasant telephone manner, and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Experience with an AS400 system and some PC exposure is a definite asset.
