Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Full Time (Multiple Locations Across Ontario)

Hourly Rate:$17.80/hr + bonus program eligibility ($3.12$9.38per hour on top)

About the Role

As a CSR at Cash 4 You, you’re more than a cashier—you’re the face of the branch, a trusted advisor, and a sales driver. You’ll deliver solutions-focused service, handle financial transactions, and play a direct role in helping your branch hit its goals. What You’ll Do

  • Welcome every customer, identify needs, and match them with the right products and services
  • Take ownership of branch sales targets—your effort directly drives your bonus
  • Explain our lending, insurance, and payment products so customers can make smart decisions
  • Process loans, payments, and transactions with speed and accuracy (cash handling required)
  • Proactively follow up with customers about renewals, missed payments, or new offers
  • Support collections efforts with professionalism and persistence
  • Ensure every customer leaves satisfied—and every dollar is accounted for
  • Contribute to daily store operations, appearance, and team results

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Retail sales, customer service, or cash handling experience is an asset—but not a dealbreaker
  • Competitive, goal-driven, and not afraid to ask for the business
  • Strong communicator—you’re comfortable starting a conversation (and closing it)
  • Reliable, organized, and not fazed by busy days or new challenges
  • Willing to support nearby locations as needed (flexibility = more opportunity)
