Position: Customer Service Representative - Contract
Location: MKK Distribution Inc. Head Office - Downtown Kelowna, BC
Salary: $40,000-$45,000 per year
Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time

Our downtown Kelowna head office is where the action happens—ensuring smooth operations, exceptional service, and satisfied customers every day.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives on variety, loves solving problems, and enjoys being part of a high-energy team. This maternity contract is your chance to step into a role that's as fast-paced as it is rewarding.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for the Barbershops, Salons, e-commerce clients, and other customers—by phone, and email
  • Process sales orders, help drive sales, and manage returns, deliveries, and courier/warranty claims efficiently and accurately
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks in Word, Excel, and other systems
  • Support the Purchasing, eCommerce and Distribution teams with daily operations
  • Think quickly on your feet, solve problems, and keep things moving smoothly
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fun team culture
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills—proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with an inventory ERP system and POS systems
  • Excellent communicator—both verbal and written
  • Confident and personable—comfortable handling calls, including cold calls
  • Quick thinker and problem solver—adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Reliable and responsible—someone who takes ownership and gets the job done
  • Energetic team player—your personality complements a high-performing, collaborative team
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, in-office, 8-hour shifts
