We offer a complete line of extruded aluminum and formed steel louvers, as well as custom architectural louvers. Many are licensed to bear the AMCA seal for both water penetration and air performance. Our Alumavent control dampers feature a premium aluminum insulated damper utilizing a true thermally broken blade. We also offer an extruded aluminum, airfoil blade control damper. Our triple-v blade steel control dampers are specially engineered so that the single-piece frame locks together without bolts, screws, and rivets that can vibrate loose. Our fire dampers are available for both dynamic and static applications with 1-1/2 or 3 Hour ratings, as we continue to expand our range through extensive testing at Underwriters' Laboratories.

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing manufacturing team. Reporting to the VP of Manufacturing, you will provide exceptional customer service in a timely and professional manner to maintain lifelong customers, serving internal and external clients via in person, online, and telephone interactions. The CSR will act as the point of contact for customer inquiries for both the Quebec sales office and Ontario. Responsibilities include order entry, quoting, bank deposits, and invoicing. The CSR is the first point of contact and supports brand representation by delivering a positive experience to all customers.

Typical daily responsibilities include:

  • Order entry, pricing, quotes, invoices, and order tracking
  • Providing customer support and addressing concerns, including shipping updates or pickup readiness
  • Updating ERP with order information
  • Scheduling logistics, managing bill of lading, proof of delivery, and related documentation
  • Communicating inventory issues to Customer Service for resolution
  • Processing credit card transactions and scanning invoices for accounts payable
  • Performing clerical duties such as emailing, filing, faxing, and answering calls
  • Supporting office functions and acting as backup to reception
  • Performing other duties as required

Required Skills include:

  • 3-5 years of order entry/customer support experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven data entry and typing skills
  • Experience in mechanical or fabrication industries is an asset
  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and listening skills
  • Ability to perform basic calculations and familiarity with imperial measurements
