We are looking for a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative– a skilled individual who is responsible for providing superior customer service directly with the customer and/or through daily job function, relating to customers within Canada.

What You Will Do

  1. Interface with customers and co-workers in a courteous professional manner regarding pricing, products, orders, invoices, exchanges, repairs, back-orders, customer complaints and other customer inquiries and issues which may arise from time to time.
  2. Process customer orders, credits notes via phone, email, fax, EDI and GHX.
  3. Communicate delivery dates to customers and follow-up on deliveries.
  4. Utilize our online Customer Portal and CRM tools for pricing and customer maintenance activities.
  5. Interface with Southmedic sales reps, regulatory, quality, shipping & receiving, purchasing, and manufacturing departments when required.
  6. Ensure that all business is performed with an attention to detail and are done in accordance with the Southmedic Quality System, mission and values.
What We Need

  1. Bilingual (French) is required.
  2. 3+ years of customer service experience in an office environment.
  3. The problems brought for resolution to Customer Service are many and varied from suppliers to shipping and thereby require extensive problem solving abilities.
  4. Must be knowledgeable in customer service techniques.
  5. Must possess good communication and telephone skills; including the ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically in both English and French.
  6. The incumbent must be computer literate, familiar with Visual ERP, EDI, and strong knowledge of all Microsoft systems is required.
