The LCBO is hiring Seasonal Customer Service Representatives in Gore Bay for the summer. Candidates will serve customers, manage inventory, and engage in promotional campaigns. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, eligibility to work in Canada, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Online training on products is offered and flexible shifts will be available.

We have an immediate need to hire engaging individuals who are passionate about delivering an extraordinary customer experience at our retail locations throughout Ontario. The roles are from May 5th to September 1, 2025. Bring your outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills to build memorable impressions with our customers.
As an LCBO Customer Service Representative, you’ll have opportunities to learn about wine, beer, ciders, and spirits through paid online training, including product knowledge essentials.

Opportunities for additional weekday shifts (Monday – Thursday) based on store needs. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance, with occasional short-notice shifts.
