Customer Service Representative


Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Contract: 12 Months

Salary: From $47,000 per year


Position Overview :
The Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to safe work practices.

  • Order take (received orders by phone, fax, email) on a form

  • Read, understand, and comply with all Company policies and procedures

  • Communication – clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.

  • Contributing to Team Success – Actively participating as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals.

  • Attention to Detail- Inputting data correct in our inventory system.

  • Managing Work (includes Time Management) – Effectively managing one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

  • Quality Orientation – Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.

  • Perform any other duties as required.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • Fluent in English (Written and Verbal Communication)

  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

  • Team-player as well as can work on their own.
