A leading cabinetry company in Winnipeg is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle assigned accounts. The role requires assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining product knowledge. Candidates should be self-motivated, bilingual (English/French preferred), and possess good organizational skills. This full-time position offers an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team focused on customer satisfaction.
A customer service rep will provide service to their assigned accounts and any team call routed to them. Responsibilities include but not limited to: phone, fax, e-mail and processing orders, credits / RGAs. The customer service rep is the main contact for information to the customers. Provides support to the sales team by answering questions and troubleshooting. Must put resolution and closure to issues reported.
